Vocational education is a kind of vocational preparation education that is different from ordinary high school education.Its most important teaching purpose is to cultivate laborers and professional skilled talents with a certain cultural level and operational skills required by the society for various industries.Practical operation skills and practical work ability are the focus of vocational education and teaching training.Just as it is difficult for enterprises to blindly produce commodities,it is difficult to find corresponding consumers in the market.Without taking the current market economic requirements as a guide and blindly carrying out vocational education and vocational training,the talents cultivated will be useless.Therefore,The development of vocational education should be matched with the needs of the market economy and the employment development of labor talents.The characteristic of vocational education is to adapt to the needs of the development of the market economy to cultivate professional application-skilled talents.Therefore,the status and importance of vocational education in the national talent training system is also increasing.my country's vocational education has also ushered in this new era.A historical opportunity for reform and development.The vigorous development of vocational education is not only a driving force for promoting economic development and smooth operation,but also a strategic breakthrough for my country's future education reform and development.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education and even the entire education system in our country,and it plays an important role in efficiently cultivating skilled talents.How to alleviate the employment problem of graduates,promote regional economic development,cultivate high-quality skilled talents that adapt to economic development and meet the actual needs of the market,and establish a more reasonable and targeted professional curriculum system is the key.Whether secondary vocational schools can effectively formulate courses according to the characteristics of students' learning according to the current social development needs and the professional quality requirements of employers for talents.However,the vocational education and related industry markets in Tibet are still in the development stage,and there are still many deficiencies in the curriculum design of resources and environment majors,which makes it difficult for the school's professional curriculum design to adapt to the current market demand,and it cannot better cultivate and meet the needs of the society.Students who are in demand for talents in the market have exacerbated the problem of student employment.Therefore,traditional secondary vocational education has been unable to adapt to the development of today's Tibet region.The educational methods of secondary vocational and technical schools in Tibet should not only learn from the excellent teaching experience at home and abroad,but also combine with the actual situation in Tibet.A secondary vocational education path with Tibet's own characteristics suitable for the Tibet region.This paper takes the resource and environment major of Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational and Technical School as the research object.On the basis of summarizing relevant concepts and theoretical basis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it first conducts an in-depth investigation of the current overall resource and environment major of Lhasa No.2 Vocational and Technical School.Furthermore,it analyzes the demand situation of resources and environment professionals in Tibet,summarizes the occupational requirements of market enterprises for relevant professionals,and compares and analyzes the curriculum setting of resources and environment majors in Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational and Technical School.This paper draws the outstanding problems in the curriculum setting of resources and environment majors in Tibet area oriented by the current market demand;finally,puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for adjusting and optimizing the curriculum setting of resources and environment majors in Lhasa No.2Secondary Vocational and Technical School.
