Flip the classroom with its unique advantage has attracted many teachers and scholars, it USES information technology platform to reverse knowledge and the process of internalization, the dominant position of students in the classroom fully reflect. Flip the classroom of class in the US has achieved gratifying results, in the domestic, in the process of the introduction of the \"import\" still exist many problems, the most prominent problem is that the classroom can’t turn smoothly, from the aspects of teachers, to prepare a lot of video increased the burden of teachers and teaching tasks, teachers can’t insist on;, from the aspects of students in the learning difficulties in the process of autonomous learning can’t get the answer in time reduces students’ initiative and a sense of achievement, students cannot insist, makes students independent learning without a valid. This study based on MOOC resource to flip the classroom teaching mode is put for-ward, hope to improve the above problems.Flip classroom based on MOOC resource, namely, teachers MOOC resources combined with the students the specific circumstances of existing secondary processing provided to students’ autonomous learning before class, after students use this kind of resources, reduce the difficulty of learning, using online learning platform to communicate with classmates and teachers in time, the network learning combined with flip classroom, E- improve the quality of learn and teach. Teachers according to students’ autonomous learning in the process of discussion before class and submit test before class to \"pulse\" of student learning, find out the typical problems, teachers and students in the classroom to discuss together to solve, students after class to manage knowledge, teachers’ teaching reflection and summarized. Flip the classroom based on MOOC resources, more attention to interaction, autonomous learning before class and after class to share memories of knowledge of the real-time interaction and non-real-time interaction, also have a class in face-to-face interaction, real-time help to active classroom atmosphere and ideas, broaden the students’ thinking ability in problem solving.MOOC resource is one of the high quality teacher resources, adopt MOOC resources to the classroom, can not only improve the western colleges and universities study the problem of insufficient resources, also can make the education fair.This research work include:find related literature and interview a line of university teachers, understand the problems existing in the process of turning classroom in teaching practice, looking for theoretical basis; Turn to the existing classroom teaching modes were analyzed; The teaching theory in combination with the characteristics of a well-structured knowledge in previous studies to flip the classroom teaching mode on the basis of perfecting and designed based on MOOC resources to flip the classroom teaching mode, combined with the Yunnan Agricultural University grade 2014 students characteristics of special course of the development of rural areas, according to flip the classroom teaching mode based on MOOC resources chapter 7 points in the course of mathematical statistics to do teaching case was designed and applied in classroom teaching, after practice teaching, the teaching effect of chapter 7 analysis, draw the conclusion.This study include research foundation, the model design and verification as well as research conclusion three modules, the first two chapters belongs to the research, the third chapter, four, five is the pattern design and verification, the last chapter is the conclusion.
