Secondary vocational education is a significant approach to train high-quality skilled talents,and the government has paid great attention and support to secondary vocational schools in recent years.Due to the continuous advancement of modern science and technology,enterprises also prefer application-oriented technical talents with solid theoretical foundation,skilled practical skills,high occupational confidence,positive learning attitude and continuous learning spirit.In order to make the training goal of the school and enterprise needs corresponding talent standards,we must deepen the reform of the course teaching of secondary vocational school practice,highlighting practical courses plays an important part in students cultivate good study condition,increase students' self-efficacy,cause the students' interest in professional learning,improve learning value,improve students' confidence in learning.In the process of practical reform of secondary vocational colleges,although it has achieved some results,it also has a clear direction.However,due to some objective reasons,such as students' weak foundation,weak learning ability and lack of confidence,the reform of practical courses is difficult.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems and practical difficulties in the reform of practical courses in secondary vocational schools.This paper mainly conducts research in two directions.The first direction is to explore the correlation among students' self-efficacy,learning interest,learning value and confidence enhancement after participating in practical courses in secondary vocational schools;The other direction mainly investigates the problems and deficiencies in the process of biological practical curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools.In the research method,the qualitative research and quantitative research are carried out at the same time.Among them,the relationship between the various learning performances of students after participating in the practical course adopts the quantitative research method;Analytical methods.In the course of the research,the students of Gansu Provincial Secondary Vocational School biology majors were taken as the main research object,and the survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires issued,and related data were collected.Based on the collected data,the corresponding statistical analysis and qualitative inquiry can be concluded in two aspects.First,it can be proved that there is a causal relationship between the selected learning performances of secondary vocational students after participating in the biological practical courses.That is to say,the level of selfefficacy after vocational students participate in the practical courses can directly affect the strength of students 'learning interest,and the strength of learning interest has a positive impact on the acquisition of students' learning value.There is also a positive cause-and-effect relationship for the enhancement of the mind;second,it points out the problems in the curriculum arrangement,teaching strategies,assessment methods,etc.of secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions that meet the needs of student development.
