In this paper, based on the emergent properties of systems theory,Secondary vocational mathematics teaching is built into a system toachieve high efficiency and good results in teaching.The core idea of the system theory is the overall concept. Anysystem is an organic whole. It is not a mechanical combination or thesimple sum of various parts. The overall function of the system is notthe nature of the elements in an isolated state. Elements of a Systemdo not exist along. Each element in the system is in a certain positionand play a specific role. Correlations between elements constitute anindivisible whole.The emergent properties are the purpose of a system. The definitionof the emergent properties is: After the composition of multipleelements, the system brings about new characters which do not existin a single or parts of the elements.Secondary vocational mathematics teaching is a complete complexsystem composed of many interrelated elements. Only when all theelements of the system works coordinately can teaching bring aboutunexpected efficiency and effectiveness. If only one or a few elementsof the system are concerned with, teaching must be brought to trouble.The math teachers’ everyday work is only one or some parts of the system.When immerse ourselves in the system, we tend to focus only on the local.When we are in trouble, we often can not find the cause immediately. Based on the above thinking, this article attempts to build a Secondaryvocational mathematics teaching system. I think that the systemcontains six subsystems, each below also contains several subsystems.In this paper, hoping to provide intuitive reference for Secondaryvocational mathematics teachers, the Secondary vocational mathematicsteaching system is presented with a thinking map and each system andits subsystems were elaborated.
