The underground pipeline is an important part of the social infrastructure, society urban construction, disaster prevention, disaster, environmental protection, and land and resource planning can not be ignored as part of.Reasonable layout of the underground pipeline and management is an important foundation for urban construction, planning and management,However, the traditional methods of management by manual processing, pipeline maps are drawn on paper, updated very troublesome,and because of the underground pipeline by the various departments in charge,data harmonization more difficult, difficult to achieve timely and efficient processing for emergencies. So reasonable urban underground pipeline data management and sharing is necessary.The system will use the latest technology and the development of the concept to achieve the underground pipeline data shared and management.This paper first introduces the development of integrated underground pipelines information systems used by the two key technologies, Rest and RIA technologies.Rest is the style of the architecture of the whole system, and operating resources to achieve the application of distributed systems.This paper analyzes the concept of resources and divided in the Rest Rest API use, and analysis through comparison with existing SOAP technology advantages and also the problems of the Rest.There are many kinds of RIA technologies,the system introduces the working principle of the RIA and mainstream technology from the technology running cost of deployment, technical support, and development tools and used in UI etc..The system selected Flex technology as a rich client development technologies, summed up the Flex in the development of the core technology and the concept of ArcGIS API for Flex and the use of some of the components.By both techniques detailed description and analysis, and laid a solid foundation for the development of the entire city underground system.On the basis of these two technologies, the B/S architecture the WebGIS works-urban comprehensive underground pipeline information system developed.Rest URI address access to underground pipelines data using Flex technology on the client complete access to the map data, and to achieve real-time sharing and management and analysis capabilities of underground pipeline data. System to achieve a massive pipeline data stored in a relational database by database engine ArcSDE, as well as publish and manage dynamic map, sliced Map format map.In order to achieve Centralized management and hierarchical update mechanism of the urban underground pipeline,systems are pipeline data query, edit, statistical analysis and a variety of professional applications, assisted analysis and data output function.In order to improve the efficiency of the burst pipe analysis, the system provides a more effective a squib analysis algorithm.In order to ensure the security of the pipeline data, set permissions, users with different privileges on the functionality of the system operation is not the same.
