| Remote sensing as sources of important information and data update means,it has supervision and guidance for monitoring of mineral resources in China.However, as a result of multi-sources of the monitor data and the diversity of data formats, the efficiency of massive data management is low,in addition the level of data mining is not enough,the question of project information organization and management is obvious, mine disorderly development still exist, indiscriminate mining failure to prohibiting repeatedly, the seriousness of mining environmental pollution and geological disasters have occurred frequently.GIS as the spatial data management and the remote sensing information analysis to identify tools, has provided the supplementary method for the mineral resources monitoring. For the implementation of the mineral resources monitoring project, the extraction of the remote sensing information and the application of the achievement data, carries on the generalized analysis,therefore we have developed the mine monitoring management information system with the adoption of layered architecture, chooses the C# development language, based on ArcGIS Engine module technology, use spatial databases engine ArcSDE, associative relation database SQL Server, obtain the following results:1,Using C/S (client/server) operation mode to achieve user permissions of role management, carrying on the "read" and "write" data operation of the project leaders information, project information and project selection information to realize highly effective organization and the management of the elementary project information, guaranteed that the smooth development and the movement implementation of the project, which will help the rapid reorganization of future project and the effective supplement of the mineral resources monitoring.2,Based on the data management pattern of the project name, the remote sensing image data and the geography achievement data pose different types of thematic data,which is integrated into the comprehensive spatial databases of the same spatial reference system by connection of the geographic coordinate, it is used classification method to achieve the raster data and vector data inquiries fast and efficient storage by the unified organization and storage to the multi-origins and multi-structure achievement data.3,This article has achieved basic functions of GIS, such as the data input and output, map display and browsing, cartography and printing ,data editing and calculation and so on. It provides a platform and visualization window for the status of mineral resources development and the development of environmental information.4,Through GIS core functions such as the data format, spatial information query, spatial information analysis and so on, it achieve comprehensive supervision and administration for mineral resources, gets mining and dynamic information timely, curb illegal mining of mineral resources activities effectively, raise the utilization ratio, further for the related department provides a basis for the planning and management information and decision support services, and combine GIS and RS technology in mineral resources monitoring fully.5,Using the survey area data of the results of project in mine monitoring and management information system,to proceed the system functional testing, performance testing, security testing and interface testing; By analysis the key technologies and accumulate the development experience,it provide a typical example for establish the relevant management information systems. |
