Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Integrated Coastal Zone Management In Zhanjiang City

The coastal zone is a specific area connected with the marine space and the land space.The environment is suitable,the location is superior,the product is rich,and it is also a natural disaster area,and the coastal zone is very fragile.As a coastal open city,Zhanjiang City has rich coastal resources.However,along with economic development,coastal zone development is accelerated,leading to a large area of coral reefs,mangroves and other coastal wetlands have been destroyed,seriously damaged the coastal ecosystem,the urgent need for integrated coastal zone management.Based on this,this paper selects the coastal area of Zhanjiang City as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth study on the integrated management of the coastal zone of Zhanjiang City.Based on the theory of sustainable development theory,integrated management theory of coastal zone and management theory based on ecosystem,the paper expounds the necessity of comprehensive management of coastal zone in Zhanjiang City,analyzes the status quo of integrated management of coastal zone in Zhanjiang City and its existing Problems,summed up the experience and inspiration of coastal integrated management at home and abroad,and put forward suggestions for advancement of integrated management of coastal areas in Zhanjiang,with a view to provide theoretical reference for integrated management of coastal zones in Zhanjiang.The specific research content is as follows:The first part,the introduction.The research background and significance of this paper are briefly introduced.Through reviewing and collating a large number of references,the study on the comprehensive management of coastal zones at home and abroad is reviewed.On this basis,the research ideas,research contents and possible innovations are clarified.The second part,the related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper mainly expounds the related concepts of coastal zone and ecological restoration,as well as the theoretical foundation of sustainable development,comprehensive management of coastal zone and management based on ecosystem.The third part,the basic situation of Zhanjiang City coastal zone is summarized from two aspects of natural geography and social economy,and the urgency of strengtheningcoastal integrated management in Zhanjiang City is discussed.The fourth part,the current situation and problems of Zhanjiang coastal zone comprehensive management are systematically analyzed from the aspects of coastal zone protection legislation,coastal environmental monitoring,coastal zone publicity and education,information disclosure and public participation.The fifth part,the comparative study method was used to explore the experience and enlightenment of the integrated management of the coastal countries in the United States,South Korea,Australia,and China's Xiamen coast.The sixth part,the current situation and existing problems in the integrated management of coastal zones in Zhanjiang City are combined with experiences and inspirations at home and abroad,from coastal zone protection regulations,coastal zone protection and enforcement,coastal zone management coordination mechanisms,coastal zone information systems,and political production.Research and research cooperation,publicity and education,information disclosure,and public participation have made feasible countermeasures.The seventh part,concludes and discusses.Research shows that in recent years,Zhanjiang City has made great progress in the protection of coastal zones,and the ecological environment of the coastal zone has been significantly improved.However,it is still relatively weak in the integrated management of coastal zone,including the enforcement of the coastal zone legislation,management mechanisms,information systems,and science.With regard to research,publicity and education,information disclosure and public participation,Zhanjiang City should strengthen its efforts in these areas in its future work.
