The Study On The Integrated Coastal Zone Management System Of Shandong Peninsula

Coastal zone is the starting point of exploration and development of marine. It is the transfer of land and sea links. More than half of the cities and population in the world focused on the coastal zone. In all coastal countries, the coastal zone plays a lead role in national development. With the accelerated pace of ocean development, coastal zone carries the dream of human progress, provide huge resources support to the development of human. Meanwhile, the pressure to the coastal zone is also growing. Overexploitation of resources and irreversible damage to the environment, coastal zone has been difficult to undertake sustainable human development needs. Integrated coastal zone management, with the important goal of protecting the coastal environment and improving the efficient use of coastal resources, make a rapid development in the world.Shandong Province is a province with marine resources. Shandong peninsula is the largest peninsula. It is the major junctions of Bohai Rim and the Yangtze River Delta, and the most convenient access to the sea in the Yellow River Basin, it is also an important component of the economic cycle in Northeast Asia. The total abundance of marine resources in Shandong Peninsula ranks first in the country. Shandong peninsula has good material basis in the development of marine resources. Coastal Resources of Shandong Peninsula provides an important potential in Shandong Province's economic development. Including marine aquaculture, coastal tourism, the marine economic is an important part of Shandong Province economy. At present, Shandong Province is in the initial stage of integrated coastal zone management. Shandong Province, formulated the " coastal zone planning in Shandong Province"and part of the municipal planning. However, in integrated coastal zone management, Shandong Province has many inadequate.In this paper, I researched the main city of the Shandong Peninsula in the coastal zone management practices, cleared the aims of Shandong Peninsula coastal zone management. I hope to establish the integrated coastal zone management system from the administrative, law enforcement, economic and other aspects of construction through practice and experience in Shandong Peninsula, so that Shandong Peninsula coastal can play better role in Shandong 's economic development.
