Research On The Advanced Mathematics In The Teaching Of Financial Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,higher vocational education has become an important part of Chinese because of its higher education,employment oriented,training of qualified workers and technical skilled personnel society are scarce,so by the domestic and foreign labor market strong blitz.But the financial management specialty of higher vocational graduates is not widely accepted by society,how to strengthen students' learning depth,improve the Higher mathematics teaching lever in the teaching of financial management,so that students can adapt to the needs of society,the development of occupation education is difficult to conform to the current urgent need to research and solve.This paper adopts the domestic vocational education comparison analysis,find out the domestic higher vocational education exists many defects:firstly,the orientation of the training of financial management professionals in higher vocational colleges is not clear,and the basic education status of higher mathematics is not well understood;Second,there is a disconnect between the training of financial professionals and the social needs of higher vocational colleges,students are not interested in learning it.Third,the domestic professional education is in its infancy stage,the integration of production and education is not successful,and the higher mathematics learning is seldom applied in practice..Secondly,through the practice of investigation,from the students' learning motivation and interest,to the teaching materials and content,and then to the three aspects of the teaching situation,the paper analyzes the convergence of the lack of Vocational education.In order to better teaching and educating,training for the economic and social needs of technical personnel,this paper proposed 5 suggestions from the improvement of the Higher mathematics teaching lever in the teaching of financial management:one is the penetration of mathematical culture in financial management professional,to stimulate students' interest in financial management;two is the outstanding professional mathematics application,embody specialty characteristics;the three is in the financial management of the hierarchical learning mathematics knowledge,optimize the teaching content;the four is to strengthen the training of teachers' comprehensive quality,improve the quality of teaching staff;five is to construct the evaluation system of higher vocational colleges,to adapt to the social demand.At the same time,this paper also finds the successful experience in teaching through questionnaires and other means.Include case teaching methods,simulated teaching method,and on-the-spot teaching method.And the successful experience of appraisal way,phased evaluation method and open assessment method.
