Straw belong to renewable biomass resources,reasonable exploitation and utilization of crop straw to reduce environmental pollution,save resources,promote the farmers,increase farmers' income and the new rural construction has important significance..In 1992 the ministry of agriculture issued a "vigorously develop straw resources development report",in 2016,the central file no.1 and the much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning have been put forward to improve the utilization of straw resource,has been clear about the straw utilization direction and goals,and file these reports have issued,suggests that the government attaches great importance on crop straw resource utilization.The comprehensive utilization of straw is not only concerned with the utilization rate of resources,but also the direction of agricultural development in China.Relevant government policies of straw utilization improved,but the reality of straw utilization still exist many problems,such as straw open burning phenomenon still exists,the straw resource utilization rate is low,part of the straw to pollution of the environment on the use of grow.Therefore,the resource utilization of crop straw is highly valued by the government and scholars,and some scholars have conducted a series of researches on it.Henan is a large agricultural province,with a wide range of crops and a wide variety of crops.The rationalization of straw is not only related to resource recovery,but also to reduce air pollution and haze.At first,this paper has sorted out the related research of straw resource utilization,including ecological economic research research,ecological industry and circular economy research and sustainable development research,introduces the research and how straw resource utilization of organic combine,on this basis to determine the research framework and themes.Designed a questionnaire to the crop straw resource utilization in henan province ",and statistical analysis of survey data,found that the low comprehensive utilization of straw,the technology is not mature,serious environmental pollution,straw resources scattered,such as communication problem between farmers,the government,enterprises,analyses the reasons of insufficient straw resource utilization.In the previous research,on the basis of aiming at the problems existing in the straw utilization in our province,from the innovation and development technology,improve peasant household recycling use consciousness,perfecting the straw collection and storage system,play the guiding role of government and the enterprises put forward the countermeasures of comprehensive utilization of crop straw,improving crop straw is the efficiency of resource utilization in henan province.
