| The presentation of students’ core qualities in the 21 st century reflects the country’s concern for the students’ all-round development.The key to implement the students’ core qualities lies in improving teachers’ quality in order to respond to education reforms.On March 22,2018,the Action Plan for the Promotion of Teacher Education(2018-2022)promulgated by the Chinese People’s Ministry of Education fully represented the country’s high regard for teacher education.The paper is based on the teacher training measures proposed in the Action Plan for the Promotion of Teacher Education(2018-2022),the relevant provisions of the "Teacher Law" and the "Teacher Qualifications Ordinance" and the European teacher literacy standards.It is based on the three-part content of teachers’ training.Teacher’s accomplishments include subject knowledge literacy,teaching quality,education and education,scientific literacy and other aspects of accomplishment.As a master of education,I experienced almost all the courses of physics teacher education.However,when I went deep into teaching practice and embarked on the rostrum,I really realized and discovered my own experience and the insufficiency of education and teaching literacy.I could not help myself to reflect on the entire acceptance of education,especially the teacher education.The course of education has also triggered the innermost thinking on the status quo of teacher education.In order to fully understand the current situation of the development of new teachers’ literacy in middle school physics,the author took an empirical research method,took advantage of the opportunity of educational practice,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the physics teachers in middle schools in terms of the new teachers’ in-service training and the physics teacher accomplishments.The survey results show that the in-service training of physics teachers is not perfect,highlighting the importance of teacher education,and the development of the physics of new teachers needs to be improved.Reflecting on the process of teacher cultivation and reflecting the proper role of teacher education in improving teachers’ literacy,the author compares the physics teacherprofessional courses of different normal universities and finds that whether in a subject professional course,an educational theory course,or an educational practice course At three levels,there is room for further improvement.On the one hand,it learns the experience of foreign countries in the entry criteria and graduation requirements of teacher education.It is suggested that the basic knowledge literacy of the subject should be emphasized in the admission criteria;pre-teacher qualification certificate should be raised to improve the education standard of normal students.In terms of graduation requirements,it emphasizes the importance of professional knowledge literacy and education and teaching ability;reasonable use of teacher qualification certificates to ensure the implementation of teacher literacy for normal students.On the other hand,according to the results of the comparative study on the physics courses of different teachers colleges,the author thinks that the physics subject curriculum needs to change the discipline-based phenomenon and enhance the discipline quality;realize the integration of disciplines and improve educational quality.The education theory curriculum proposes to differentiate the differences between the teaching of junior and senior high schools and improve teaching quality;pay attention to the modernization of education technology,enhance digital literacy;attach importance to management courses,improve management quality;join education research and improve the teaching and research literacy.The educational practice curriculum needs to permeate education practice throughout the entire process of education;improve the subject knowledge of teaching activities;and further strengthen the good interoperability with practice schools. |
