The Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)emphasizes the importance of teaching situation.By creating teaching situation,we can cultivate students’ problem-posing and problem-solving capabilities,and improve students’ core quality of mathematics.Its function has been widely recognized,but there is very little research on the creation of teaching situation of mathematics government-funded normal university students.Mathematics government-funded normal university students are the key training of the state in order to cultivate a large number of good teachers with ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge,and a kind heart.They are the important force of the future teachers,so they need to have the ability of teaching situation creation.Survey mathematics government-funded normal university students situation creation,able to understand mathematics government-funded normal university students understanding of the teaching situation,teaching situation creation ability,and found them on the problems existing in the teaching situation creation,to cultivate mathematics government-funded normal university students teaching situation creation ability to provide a certain amount of direction and basis for improving mathematics government-funded normal university students’ mathematics education teaching,Thus,the situation creation ability of mathematics government-funded normal university students can be improved.At the same time,the evaluation index of teaching situation is constructed,and the teaching situation created by mathematics government-funded normal university students is evaluated,so as to understand the quality of the teaching situation created by them,and to put forward suggestions on teaching situation creation,so as to help them create effective teaching situation in teaching.The above research enriches the research of teaching situation in teacher education.Therefore,this study focuses on the following four research questions:(1)what is the current situation of teaching situation creation of mathematics government-funded normal university students and what are the problems?(2)What is the quality of the teaching situation created by mathematics government-funded normal university students and what are the problems?(3)How to cultivate the teaching situation creation ability of mathematics government-funded normal university students?(4)How should mathematics government-funded normal university students create teaching situation?This study adopts literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and statistical analysis method.On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts,through referring to the literature,three dimensions of evaluating mathematics government-funded normal university students ’ situation status are determined: cognition,creation and development,and a questionnaire is prepared according to these three dimensions,A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1435 mathematics students from 11 normal universities including 6 affiliated normal universities,and the basic situation of the teaching situation creation of mathematics government-funded normal university students was studied.Secondly,"Basic Situation Analysis Table of Teaching Situation in The Practice Classroom of Mathematics Normal University Students" and "Evaluation Criteria of Mathematics Teaching Situation" were designed to analyze 20 classroom videos of 2018 mathematics government-funded normal university students from Southwest university through these two evaluation methods.Improve the mathematics government-funded normal university students in the practice of the creation of teaching situation and the situation of mathematics government-funded normal university students in the practice of classroom creation of teaching evaluation.The research conclusions are as follows:In view of the research question 1,through the questionnaire survey combined with classroom observation,the present situation of teaching situation creation of mathematics government-funded normal university students is obtained:(1)in the "know" dimensions,mathematics government-funded normal university students very recognition,and the function of the teaching situation of the requirements of teaching situation creation is more understanding,but in the theoretical basis of understanding is one-sided and superficial;In the "creation" dimension,mathematics government-funded normal university students when designing teaching plan establishment situation is higher,the proportion of students authorized teaching material of teaching situation,the choice of teaching situation,many from textbooks and teachers’ book,the timing of the creation of mainly in the import links of teaching,create a single,with words and images as the major form of present;In the dimension of "development",mathematics government-funded normal university students will consciously think about their own situation creation,encounter different difficulties in the creation of teaching situation,and hope to get more help in the situation material.In view of the research question 2,the evaluation criteria for mathematics teaching situations are established,and the situations created during the internship of mathematics government-funded normal university students are evaluated from the two dimensions of functional characteristics and composition characteristics,found that mathematics government-funded normal university students create teaching situation overall quality is higher,generally contain multiple function characteristic and the structure characteristics,but in terms of functional characteristics migration and to generate functional characteristics is lower,mathematics government-funded normal university students for teaching content is not familiar with,Unable to connect before and after the knowledge,resulting in students did not produce knowledge transfer;At the same time,because the teaching situations they create seldom give students cognitive conflicts and do not give them enough time to think,students are unable to produce higher-order thinking,resulting in the lack of generative function.Among the structural features,relevance is the most lacking.Mathematics government-funded normal university students often create isolated and single teaching situations.Even if they create multiple teaching situations in one class,the correlation between teaching situations is low and lack of relevance.In view of the research question 3,the paper puts forward the cultivation strategies of mathematics colleges and universities :(1)In the theoretical teaching of teaching situation creation,mathematics government-funded normal university students have insufficient theoretical understanding of teaching situation,to form the idea of creating an effective teaching situation;(2)Pay attention to the case teaching of teaching situation creation,let mathematics government-funded normal university students contact excellent teaching situation creation cases,understand the creation of teaching situation through case teaching;(3)Broaden the channels of obtaining the teaching situation materials of mathematics government-funded normal university students.We can find the situation materials from literature and excellent teaching plans and pay attention to accumulation.(4)We should pay attention to the teaching practice of teaching situation creation,give more opportunities of teaching practice to mathematics government-funded normal university students,and create more teaching situation in micro-teaching and practice.In view of the research question 4,the author put forward the strategy of the mathematics government-funded normal university students creating teaching situation:(1)Centering on the teaching objective and content,the subject of teaching situation should be emphasized,and the teaching situation should be closely related to the teaching content;(2)Create a series of teaching situations,pay attention to the relevance of teaching situations,around the teaching content,create layers of progressive teaching situations,for students to build scaffolding;(3)Pay attention to the generating function of teaching situation,trigger students’ higher-order thinking,teaching situation should be able to trigger students’ thinking,through find problems,propose problems,analyze problems,solve problems,improve students’ mathematical literacy;(4)Enrich the presentation form of teaching situation,create a variety of teaching situation,teaching situation should be close to students’ life,real,interesting,and diverse forms,can attract students’ interest.Through empirical research,this paper investigates the present situation of mathematics teaching situation creation of 1435 mathematics government-funded normal university students from 11 normal colleges in 10 provinces,and combines classroom observation to increase the credibility of the structure.At the same time,the evaluation index of mathematics teaching situation is compiled to fill the vacancy of quantitative evaluation of mathematics teaching situation,and it is applied to evaluate the teaching situation created by mathematics government-funded normal university students.However,the questionnaire survey was conducted in 11 colleges and universities,and the classroom observation videos were all from Southwest University.In future research,classroom videos of government-funded normal university students from several colleges and universities can be selected. |
