In the background of new era, teacher training has been given more updated meaning. It is helpful for updating the concepts of teachers. It is also able to help teachers in professional degree, to deep ceaselessly in the process according to the higher requirements, to determine their own development goals. So that teachers can work with target with more consideration to the mature and more professional teaching staff goal. Mathematics teachers on-the-job training is able to help teachers improve the teaching techniques and improve effectively the education teaching ability, It can improve the quality of teaching, so that teachers have more vitality and dignity improve teachers’ social status, It is also able to conducive realize the educational reform, the implementation of teaching innovation and cultivate the innovative talents.The aim of teachers’ training is to improve teachers’ professional level, to address the business needs of teachers,to provide a good platform for the new education reform. Teachers’ training is not only China’s educational cause of the fundamental guarantee of sustainable development of all our industry in the intelligence source. At present, the local teachers’ training is in full swing to carry out, but the teachers participate in training the actual harvest in its expectations gap. To change the inefficiency of the teachers’ training has become an urgent need to address the outstanding problems. This paper tries to trainers, trainees and other objective and subjective reasons, to seek the path and method of crack teachers’ training inefficiency of this problem.How to improve the effectiveness of teacher training is the eternal pursuit of the goal of teacher education and teacher training around the world.It is also the issue of China’s educational reform and the consequent need to focus.With the development of China’s education and the reform of elementary education, teacher training in primary and middle school in our country has become an important issue in teachers’ education.At the same time, how to improve the effectiveness of training has become an important issue of teacher education reform in China.This article mainly aims at discussing and analysising the efficiency of teacher training in China. It is also explore and analyze the main issues and the impact of teacher training at the present of human, material and financial resources, huge investment. It is analyzed from the perspectives of training objectives,training courses, training organization, training management, training evaluation, and evaluation the main reason for inefficient, It is also put forward some feasible improvements and recommendations.The last part re-emphasized to strengthen teacher training, the importance and urgency of the effectiveness of teacher training. It is need to look forward to more attention, especially to get the attention of first-line math teacher, so that they can actively reflect on their daily teaching, to continuously improve their level of education and teaching in the inculcation of the new curriculum idea. It can adapt to the requirements of the curriculum reform on teachers’ professional.
