| With the progress of human civilization,the demand for resources is increasing.However,the resources available for exploitation on land are very limited.Since the end of the last century,the development of human society has been plagued by the three elements of resources,environment and population.Therefore,the vision of human civilization must be turned from land to sea.Ocean accounts for about 3/4 of the earth’s area.It is the cradle of life and closely related to the survival and development of mankind.Now it has become a new competitive field in the world.Today,China is a big maritime country,but not a maritime power.The exploitation of marine resources is mainly traditional and extensive.Since the eighteen party,the party and the state have been emphasizing the great efforts to develop the marine economy and strive to build into a maritime power.Fujian province is located in the southeast coast of China.It has a long tradition of shallow ocean,long narrow coastline,numerous islands,rich marine resources,great potential for development,and the starting point of the "Silk Road on the sea".Since twenty-first Century,the party and the support of the state,Fujian province marine industry ushered in the great development opportunities,but the shortage of talents of marine industry enterprises has become an important factor restricting the development of the.Therefore,strengthening the research on the construction of talent team in marine industry is very important for promoting the development of marine industry in Fujian.The main contents of this study include the following aspects:Firstly,introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,literature review,introduces the research methods,content and technology roadmap.Secondly,the theoretical basis and the definition of the concept.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the article,and determines the research objects and concepts.Thirdly,analysis of talent team construction problems of marine industry in Fujian province enterprises.Through the method of investigation and interview,understand the current development situation of Fujian province marine industry and marine industry talent team construction situation,and analyzes the problems and causes.Fourthly,Identification and evaluation of talents in marine industrial enterprises.The evaluation ideas,methods and principles of marine industrial enterprises are introduced,and the evaluation index system of marine industrial enterprises is constructed based on the competency model.Finally,the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index of marine industrial enterprises.Fifthly,Countermeasures for strengthening and improving talent team construction of marine industry enterprises in Fujian Province.Finally,conclusion and prospect.The study found that during the "12th Five-Year" period,the marine industry in Fujian province has made great progress,the industrial structure is optimized and the talent team construction of marine industry enterprises has made great achievements,but there are still many problems,such as insufficient total amount of talents,large liquidity,unreasonable regional distribution and so on.In addition,in the evaluation of the talents of marine industry enterprises,the evaluation index system and evaluation model of talents are constructed through the competency model,and the model is verified by the survey data.Finally,according to the research conclusion,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in optimizing marine colleges and universities,strengthening effective development of talents,and strengthening the overall construction of talents. |
