Research On Hydrological Talent Structure Optimization Of Inner Mongolia Based On The Intelligent Hydrology

As an indispensable basic industry for socio-economic development,hydrological industry has played an important role in providing technical support for the development of water conservancy for many years.As China enters a new stage of development,the hydrological industry also has a new goal and task of modernization construction.The intelligent hydrology rises in response to the proper time and conditions.Talents are the driving force of the development.But the mismatch between the hydrological talent structure and the rapid development of hydrological industry is becoming increasingly prominent,which seriously hinders the smooth advancement of intelligent hydrology.Therefore,it has become the top priority for the Inner Mongolia hydrological system's talents development to optimize the structure of hydrological talents and establish a talent team that can adapt to the development of hydrological industry in the new era according to the needs of intelligent hydrology.In view of this,the author combined closely with all kinds of future business of the intelligent hydrology and it's talent structure demand to analyse the Inner Mongolia hydrological talent structure at present and research on the problems.Then they come to a conclusion about the talent structure optimization principle of Inner Mongolia hydrological system and put forward some specific measures.The conclusion is expected to provide reference for the hydrological talent structure optimization and to promote the rapid development of the intelligent hydrology in Inner Mongolia.This paper is divided into six parts based on the theories of talent,talent structure optimization,talent quality,intelligent hydrology and so on.The introduction elaborates the research background and significance of this paper,sorts out and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,lists the research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper,and constructs the overall framework.The first part explains the concept of talent,talent structure and intelligent hydrology and elaborates the theory of talent structure optimization and talent quality.The second part makes an in-depth analysis of the future business development direction of intelligent hydrology in Inner Mongolia and constructs the talent structure demand of different directions.The third part makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of the natural structure,professional structure and quality structure of the hydrological talents in Inner Mongolia and probes into the causes of these problems.The forth part,according to the problems existing in the hydrological talent structure of Inner Mongolia,combining with the talent structure demand of the intelligent hydrology in Inner Mongolia,concludes the principle of optimizing the talent structure of intelligent hydrology in Inner Mongolia.In the mean time,the fourth part puts forward the specific measures to optimize the talent structure of intelligent hydrology in Inner Mongolia.The conclusion part summarizes the writing logic and the core ideas of this paper and then summarizes the shortcoming and the next move of effort direction of this research.
