Comprehensive Evaluation And Analysis Of Private Economy Development Level In Anhui Province Based On Entropy Method And AHP Method

The report of the 19 th national congress of the CPC made it clear that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and must adhere to "unwavering encouragement,support,and guidance of the development of the non-public economy".Private economy has become an indispensable force to promote the economic development of China as a whole and all over the country.Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the added value of the private economy in Anhui province has continued to grow.The value added of the private economy accounted for more than half of the GDP for 7 consecutive years in 2012-2018.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation model of the development level of private economy is conducive to the establishment and improvement of the statistical monitoring system of private economy,the further improvement of the assessment system for the development of private economy,the full play of the assessment "baton" role,to understand the causes of the development gap of private economy,so as to learn from the development experience of private economy developed cities,to provide a scientific basis for the development of private economy in provinces.This article first explains the connotation of private economic development and comprehensive evaluation of private economic development.By introducing development economics theory and evaluation index system design methods,starting from the growth level,efficiency level,competitiveness level and potential level,the construction of Anhui Province The evaluation index system of prefecture-level private economy development level.Combining the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive evaluation model for the development level of prefectural private economy in Anhui Province was established.And based on the collected data of 16 prefecture-level private economy related indicators in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2017,the comprehensive evaluation score of the development level of each private economy in Anhui Province was calculated.Based on the systematic clustering method,16 cities in Anhui Province are divided into three types: developed areas,general areas,and underdeveloped areas.It verifies that the development level of the private economy in Anhui Province as a whole has the characteristics of imbalance,large difference,high in the east and low in the east.It also analyzes the changes in the ranking of the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of each private economy in 2015-2017,so as to further provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for various areas of the development level of private economy in Anhui Province.
