Research And Decelopment Of Doctor Comprehensive Evaluation System Based On Fuzzy Theory

Evaluation of doctors can not only help the hospital to master the comprehensive ability of doctors,but also allow doctors to understand their own shortcomings,timely complement each other and improve their own strength and quality of service patients.At present,the doctor evaluation system of domestic hospitals is still incomplete,and the results of evaluation methods adopted by the evaluation methods cannot fully reflect the true level of doctors;and most hospitals do not have a dedicated doctor evaluation system,and the completion of a doctor evaluation is not only a heavy workload.And the evaluation results are easy to make mistakes in the analysis and finishing process.In this paper,based on the current problems in doctor evaluation,a doctor evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.The system realizes the comprehensive evaluation of doctor's personal ability and personal quality.It only needs to comment on the experts and input the evaluation information and save it in the system.The system automatically processes the evaluation data,completes the evaluation work,and outputs the evaluation results.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the research on the status quo of doctor evaluation system and evaluation methods at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the doctor evaluation system in China,and determines the main content of the research.(2)The evaluation indicators in the doctor evaluation system are ambiguous,so this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate doctors.Because the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method requires the weight of the index to be a certain value,in order to make the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method better adapt to the actual development needs,this paper proposes a treatment scheme for the index weight value as interval data.(3)Combining the respective advantages of the one-way linear regression analysis method and the entropy weight method,the two algorithms are combined to obtain the scheme for determining the index weight.Firstly,using the linear regression analysis to eliminate the abnormal or biased data in the original data,an effective data set is obtained,and then the entropy and weight values of the evaluation index are calculated using theentropy weight method for these effective data sets.Through the actual comparison and analysis with other parties that obtain the weight value,it is concluded that the index weight value obtained by this scheme is highly accurate and suitable for practical applications.(4)Analyze the requirements of the system and establish a model for doctor evaluation,and then detailed the overall structure of the system,the functions of each module,and the database.(5)The development task of the whole system was completed,and the system was tested as a whole.The test results showed that the functions of each module achieved the expected results,and the evaluation of the comprehensive ability of the doctor was realized.
