With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of market economy,China's construction industry has made rapid progress,and construction industry has become an important growth point of China's economic development.With the rapid development of construction industry,there are also serious cost overruns in constructions projects.In order to make the construction industry develop healthily and orderly and solve the problem of over-expenditure of project cost,it is necessary to carry out project cost management,and the key to do a good job of project cost management is to study the influencing factors of project cost.Based on this,this paper carries out relevant analysis and research work on the influencing factors of project cost.Because the engineering cost is affected by many factors,this paper constructs a combination model of entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the influencing factors of Engineering cost.This research is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of funds and the cost management of construction enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of explaining the research background and significance of influencing factors of Engineering cost,this paper collects and collates the research status of influencing factors of engineering cost by scholars at home and abroad,and combs the research status at home and abroad.It is found that domestic and foreign scholars mainly focus on decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage and construction stage,while the factors affecting project cost in completion stage are often ignored by scholars.In addition,most of the domestic scholars study the factors affecting the project cost mainly by qualitative analysis,lack of quantitative analysis,and the evaluation method is too single in quantitative analysis.On this basis,this paper takes engineering project,engineering cost and engineering cost management theory as guidance.This paper systematically discusses the factors affecting the project cost in the decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage of the project.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper obtains the evaluation of construction enterprise employees in 33 cities of 16 provinces on the influencing factors of project cost.Secondly,in order to make up for the shortcomings of the questionnaire survey method,this paper uses the objective weighting method of entropy weight to avoid the subjectivity of weighting.In addition,because the project cost will be affected by many stages and factors,and each factor affects each other,the boundaries between the factors are blurred.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a multi-factor evaluation method which can comprehensively evaluate things affected by many factors.Therefore,this paper combines the entropy weight method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the combination model of the entropy weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the data obtained from the questionnaire to evaluate the influencing factors of the project cost.Thus,the most influential stage and the most influential factors in each stage are determined.Finally,this paper puts forward detailed measures and suggestions for the most influential stage of project cost and the most influential factors respectively,in order to manage and control the influencing factors of project cost in practical work so as to achieve the purpose of controlling project cost.This paper obtains the views of the first-line construction practitioners on the influencing factors of project cost by means of questionnaire survey constructs a combination model of entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the influencing factors of Engineering cost,and puts forward the Countermeasures of influencing factors of Engineering cost.Combining theory with practical experience organically provides a reference for enterprises to carry out cost management,which has strong practical significance.This paper combines the entropy weight method with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The combined evaluation model proposed in this paper is innovative in the field of influencing factors of Engineering cost.It has important reference and application value for the study of engineering cost management.Figure 4 table 7 reference 63...
