With the development of economy and the progress of society,human resources have become the core competitive resources of enterprises.To achieve the maximum efficiency of human resources management system,close to the traditional is not enough,enterprises should provide employees with a fair environment,necessary guidance and authority,motivate employees to actively carry out self management,improve the staff's initiative and creativity,enhance the vitality of enterprises and improve the staff cohesion.The satisfaction and sense of achievement.The personal interests of employees and the interests of enterprises are closely linked,and promote the common development of enterprises and employees and achieve win-win situation.From the point of view of human resource managers,first of all,this paper expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad as well as the overview of self-management,and illustrates the importance of employee self-management.Secondly,the author analyzes the status quo of AD enterprise staff self-management,and finds out the problems of employee self-management,the solution of problems and the necessity of promoting employee self management.Thirdly,from the aspects of time management,target management,communication management,career management,learning management and performance management,some concrete improvements are put forward.In order to guarantee the realization of employee's self-management and overcome the possible difficulties,detailed solutions are put forward.The real self-management should be organized,led,planned and purposeful under the guidance of the enterprise.Self-management of employees can stimulate their enthusiasm for work and stimulate their potential,and achieve personal goals while achieving enterprise goals.Is the highest level of enterprise human resources management,is the most economical and effective management methods.I hope this paper can provide an effective self management improvement program for AD enterprises to help AD companies create a better tomorrow together with their employees in a competitive and changing social environment.
