With the standard management of the real estate market , as well as gradual reduction of potential land resources in Shenzhen, the real estate enterprises are competing further severely. When the real estate developers capture the land resources in Shenzhen, they are attaching much importance to the human resources and its scientific of effective development and management than before .Under the condition of the limited land resources, the huge potential of the human resources is developed by unceasingly raising the level of human resources management, so as to the maximization of enterprise benefit.This article through collecting and analyzing human resources and its management of the real estate enterprises in Shenzhen in recent years, discovers the problem of the human resources management of the real estate enterprises and the difference between it and the advanced human resources management. Meanwhile according to the future development tendency of the real estate enterprises human resources management in Shenzhen, we propose the ways of solving the problem of the real estate enterprises human resources management in Shenzhen, which is for the purpose of letting the professional of the real estate enterprises further understand the present situation of the real estate enterprise human resources management and the future development direction in Shenzhen. Thus let the real estate enterprises stand firm in the intense market competition and develop sustainablely by the scientific and effective management of real estate enterprises in Shenzhen.This article through introduction of the human resources management concept, analyses the difference between modern human resources management and tradition personnel management, and divide the development of the human resources management into four stages ,which has own different development characteristic and the common law of development.
