China has been transforming from the high speed growth into high quality growth era.During the transforming,the company faces the more and more uncertainties as well as tough competition.The talent gets more and more important and the core of competition.Under this background,the traditional human resource management could not meet the requirement of new era.The human resource manager faces the huge pressure and challenge along with the fierce competition between companies.The human resource manager has to change and bring new values by transferring to focus on strategy and enforcing the close collaboration with business department.To cope with the transforming,the "Three Pillar Model of Human Resources" theory comes up with the human resources business partner(HRBP)role.As a powerful tool for human resource management transformation and a bridge between human resources and business,more and more companies have set up HRBP positions.There are many challenges in the practice.Based on the practical needs of X Pharmaceutical Company’s close collaboration of human resources management and business,this paper introduces the responsibilities and issues faced by X Pharmaceutical Company for HRBP position in detail,and then attempts to study and establish the HRBP competency model.To provide the reference and support on the improvement of the human resource management.Firstly,this paper studies the research of competency model,concepts and literatures of HRBP at home and abroad,to build the HRBP competency model for X Pharmacy Company.Secondly,develop the competency factors by behavioral event interview method(23 interviews of HRBP in pharmaceutical area)and Delphi method to carry out the definition and refinement of the factors by 3 human resource directors of pharmaceutical industry;Thirdly,compile and collect 100 questionnaires from human resource of pharmaceutical industry,to carry out reliability and validity test and exploratory factor analysis on the data;Finally,establish the competency model of the HRBP position of X Pharmaceutical Company and implement during the talent selection,training and performance management.
