Adhering to the value concept of "returning to the start-up,becoming a hundred year old company with 100 billion",A Group entered the critical period with the third management reform based on the information platform.Under the strategic architecture system of "three sticks of incense",the platformization and amoeba model have helped A group to achieve the rapid growth like "nuclear fusion".While supporting the excellent performance of A Group in the capital market,it also laid a solid foundation for A Group's grand strategy of "becoming a hundred year old company with 100 billion".In order to ensure the effective promotion of the third management reform,A Group launched the "Sharing Center" project in April 2017,and assumed three major functional roles: domain expert,business partner and centralized operation support.Among these three functional roles,the domain experts provide professional technical guidance to the human resources business partners,and the human resources business partners(hereinafter referred to as HRBP)go deep into the business to ensure business orientation,and the centralized operational support is responsible for transactional activities.In order to better meet the strategic development direction and effectively support the platformization and the development of amoeba,the HRBP must deeply participate in and serve the various platforms and amoeba.In this process,if the HRBP is not clearly positioned,it cannot grow together with the platforms and the amoeba.The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the positioning of A Group's HRBP and to develop action guidelines,and to provide useful reference for other companies in the FMCG industry.This article has six chapters.The research object of this paper is HRBP positioning research of A group company.Firstly is the thesis on basic theoretical research of the paper.Briefly describe the theory of human resource management at home and abroad,the concept of HRBP management system,the concept of shared service and the theory of process reengineering and summarizes the research on HRBP mode at home and abroad,so as to provide practical guidance and methodological reference for the research and writing of this paper.Secondly,it summarizes the practical experience of A Group's management reform and draws on the current situation of sharing platforms of external well-known enterprises such as Huawei and Ali.Through using the methods of document analysis,questionnaire research and Delphi method,HRBP of A group was analyzed from four aspects:strategic change,organizational positioning,business relationship and post competency,to clarify the five positions of A Group's HRBP:strategic change enabler,organizational operation supporter,business partner,HR business expert and process reengineer.Finally,the HRBP action guide of A group company and implementation Suggestions are formulated from five aspects.The last part of this paper is the conclusion and future prospect.This part mainly summarizes the research viewpoints of the paper,and then explains the deficiencies in the research and the subsequent improvement direction.
