Research On Stability And Corresponding Governance Of Innovation Ecosystem Of Scientific And Technological Enterprises Based On Symbiosis Perspective

With rapid development of global market economy,competition in the market is increasingly fierce and the enterprises would encounter more challenges while they are faced with many opportunities.Especially for those scientific and technological enterprises that take innovation as the mission of development,under the situation that the technological innovation is accelerating and innovation cost increasingly goes up,it is difficult to maintain the innovative advantage in the market by only relying on isolated innovation.The enterprises have to cooperate with suppliers,the government,colleges and universities,scientific research institutions and intermediary agents and other organizations to conduct innovation collaboration.This kind of cooperation further promotes development of systematized and networked innovation in scientific and technological enterprises,and changes competition among technological enterprises from traditional struggle for the supply chain to the struggle for the dependent innovation ecosystem.In the innovation ecosystem,influenced by the environment and based on the flow of kinds of material,energy and information,scientific and technological enterprises and other innovative subjects depend on each other and collaborate with each other to create higher innovative benefits and promote innovative development of scientific and technological enterprises while meeting innovative needs of involved subjects.However,due to its complicate and dynamic operating environment,the innovative ecosystem is easily affected by various factors during operation,which causes waste of innovative resources and even the system breakdown.Therefore,this paper researches and explores stability and corresponding governance of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises.Firstly,it discusses the formation mechanism of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises.Based on the symbiosis perspective,it defines the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises,presents the system's characteristics,explains the process and conditions of forming the system,divides the system into three basic elements,including symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment,elaborates these three elements respectively and analyzes the symbiotic relationship among them to establish the model of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises.Secondly,it establishes the model of stability of the innovative ecosystem of scientific andtechnological enterprises.On the basis that the definition of stability of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises and the external and internal influence factors are determined,it establishes the logistic model of stability of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises,and analyzes the system's stability under five different modes-parasitism,commensalism,dependence,equal mode and compound mode.Then,it explores the governance of stability of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises.Based on the elaboration of stability governance's subjects and structure of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises,it establishes power-interest-relationship-based O—SEA model and puts forward collaborative 3-layer mechanism of stability governance,namely symbiotic coordination mechanism in the core layer,symbiotic trust mechanism and symbiotic energy allocation mechanism in the sub-core layer,and reputation mechanism in the auxiliary layer.Finally,it studies the case of stability and corresponding governance of the innovative ecosystem of scientific and technological enterprises.With regard to the research object,it chooses Veterinary Medicine Alliance with Ruipu Biology as the core member.It analyzes the stability of this innovative ecosystem,adopts O—SEA model and corresponding governance mechanism to govern its stability,and puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions accordingly to promote the stability of the innovative ecosystem.
