At present,China’s economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,scientific and technological innovation as the endogenous driving force of economic growth,in the process of promoting economic development plays a more and more important role.Based on this,in 2005,the central government put forward the grand goal of building China into an innovative country in 2020,and in 2008 Shenzhen launched the construction of a national innovative city officially opened the curtain on the construction of innovative cities in China.Because it is a long and arduous task to build a innovative country and an innovative city,China is still in the stage of experience exploration,therefore,the study of science and technology innovation efficiency in innovative cities has a certain significance to accelerate the promotion of innovative cities construction.Firstly,on the basis of a certain research on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper combs and evaluates the concept,components,types and development stages of innovative cities,gives the basic concepts of innovative cities as considered in this paper,and combs the related theories and research of innovation.Secondly,the paper describes and analyzes the input and output of scientific and technological innovation resources in China as a whole and in innovative cities in the Yangtze river delta,and makes a comparative study of the differences between regions.After that,this paper calculates the input-output efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in 20 innovative cities in the Yangtze River Delta by constructing the three-stage superefficiency DEA model,and analyzes the efficiency difference of the innovation cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the redundancy and output of scientific and technological innovation input according to the calculation results.It is found that there are some problems such as the mismatch between scientific and technological innovation resources and scientific and technological innovation ability in the core cities Finally,according to the empirical results,it is put forward that the Yangtze River delta should improve the training mechanism of talent integration,strengthen the platform carrier construction of collaborative innovation,build an open innovation network,give full play to the space demonstration effect of scientific and technological innovation,and improve the scale efficiency of scientific and technological innovation by adjusting the industrial layout. |
