| With the continuous refinement of socialized division of labor and the increasingly close relationship between economic entities,no enterprise can develop in isolation.As a new type of enterprise organization,virtual enterprise can support enterprises to focus on their own areas in a more flexible way,integrate advantageous resources to make up for their own shortcomings,and quickly respond to the unpredictable market environment,which has been selected by many enterprises.If we regard the interior of virtual enterprise as an ecosystem composed of alliance leader enterprises and alliance member enterprises,the survival and development of each participant in the ecosystem will depend on other participants.The essence of business ecosystem is inseparable from cooperative symbiosis.The symbiosis between alliance leaders and member enterprises is not limited to the coexistence in the value chain,but a win-win state formed by collaboration.Then,how does the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprise achieve this symbiotic state? What factors will affect the stability of symbiotic state? With these problems,this paper uses the zhagen paradigm to carry out the research on the symbiosis of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprises.The whole research process can be summarized into two stages: qualitative and quantitative.Firstly,in the qualitative stage,with the first-hand data of four typical virtual enterprises: V,XLGD,MB and LBY,as well as the second-hand data as supplementary data,the researcher used the zhagen paradigm to study and analyze the symbiosis of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprises,then obtained the formation process of the symbiosis relationship of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprises.Through further exploring,the research found out five factors that affect the stability of symbiosis,namely "Cognitive Dimension","Communication Dimension","Cooperation Dimension","Ability Dimension" and "Environment Dimension".On this basis,we constructed a theoretical research model concerning the factors affecting the symbiotic stability of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprise.Secondly,in the quantitative stage,in order to make the research results better applied to enterprise practice,based on the final coding results in the qualitative stage,the researcher constructed the evaluation index system of the symbiotic stability of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprise.After using the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of the index,the evaluation model of the symbiotic stability of the internal ecosystem of virtual enterprise is finally constructed.It provides management inspiration to promote the symbiotic stability of the virtual business’ s internal ecosystem.The whole process extends from qualitative analysis to quantitative measurement.In terms of theoretical research,it not only promoted the cross-border integration of virtual enterprise research and ecological research,enriched the theoretical research perspective of virtual enterprise,further supplemented and expanded the virtual enterprise theory,business ecosystem theory and enterprise symbiosis theory,but also effectively practiced and explored the grounded paradigm.To some extent,this can also provides alternative method for other similar research problems.In terms of practical application,it deepens the combination of theoretical research and practice,thus can provide guidance for virtual enterprises in actual operation,and help virtual enterprises improve the symbiotic relationship between alliance leaders and allies. |
