| With the economic fluctuation,adjustment and the deep-going economic structural reform,the competition of enterprise becomes more fierce,and the key element of the competition is the talent.How to develop the potential of human resources effectively is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.Training is an important method to manage human resource,and it is also a significant way to develop human capital and gain the competition advantage.The competition has reached a pitch for the banking,especially in the situation that the commercial banks emerges constantly and the bank products homogenization is serious.In a word,human resource development and management has become the core resource for banks.This paper takes the JN branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as a specific study object,and analyses the main problems existing in JN branch training by combining the theoretical results with the actual situation and using the literature research,questionnaires,data statistics and other methods,The main problems includes insufficient coordination in each aspects,no professional management personnel,the lack of targeted training needs survey and analysis,the lack of systematic training content system,the lack of diversity training and the effective assessment and evaluation.In the principle of strategy,incentive and utility,the paper puts forward the concrete measures to optimize the training system for the problem mentioned above,namely,organization system optimization,training project procedure optimization,and the curriculum system optimization.In the end,the paper proposes the specific measures to implement the the training system smoothly.It can better meet the needs of JN branch and provide strong human resources support for achieving JN branch development goals by optimizing the training system. |
