Nowadays talents are key to improve core competence of enterprises, which are involved in the intense competition. Therefore, the value of talents training has been realized by the more and more management of enterprises. The solutions to the establishment of effective training system aligning with the strategic development of enterprises are extremely urgent.However, the existing training mode of Bank A is barely working while there is increasing competition in financial markets. With the raises of Internet Finance, private banks and direct financing, the management of Bank A believes the existing training system must be reformed to improve the competency of employees, to become a leading commercial bank in Guangzhou.In this paper we study the human resources training system of Bank A Guangzhou Branch. The purpose of this paper is to increase the benefits and competitiveness of the bank through facilitating the development of enterprise and employees synchronously. Base on the analysis with questionnaire and data statistic, it is found that lack of strategic instruction, accurate needs analysis and pertinence in the training system of the bank. At the end of the paper through establishing the competency model and integrating the current resources, we give prospective advice from the points of culture, system and innovation that improve the training system to ensure the management and development.
