With the rapid development of the modern financial industry and network finance,more and more emerging financial enterprises enter the market.These firms have derived a lot of substitute goods for traditional financial services,which leads to increasingly fierce competition among the entire financial industry.Commercial Banks not only have to face the competition with the traditional banks but also face the threat of the emerging of financial enterprises.If modern commercial Banks want to maintain their current status and competitive advantage in the financial market,they must have a talented team with high comprehensive quality,excellent business skills,and super management ability.For modern enterprises,talents are the driving force for their normal operation and growth,and the competition among modern commercial Banks is essentially a competition for talented employees.Therefore,the training of human resources is becoming more and more important and requires Banks to strengthen the training and management of employees based on their own conditions.This paper analyzes the problems of the existing human resources training system of the China Construction Bank(CCB)Gong Nong Road Branch and proposes corresponding advice.CCB Gong Nong Road Branch is a second-level branch in CCB system.In recent years,the rapid development of various businesses within the bank and the more abundant career development needs of employees lead to higher requirements for the existing training system.How to analyze and improve the existing training system of CCB Gong Nong Road Branch based on modernization theory is an important problem and need to be solved.CCB Gong Nong Road Branch basically rely on traditional banking business development at the present stage,both the deposit and the number of customers is not large comparing to other branches.Although the employees are mostly elder workers,in recent years the number of young and high-skilled employees also gradually increase through campus recruitment.Thus,the demand for diversity and scientific training system also increase.Based on the current situation,this paper first uses literature research to understand the research status of the enterprise training system and training system improvement cases at home and abroad,and then through questionnaires,individual interviews,and other ways to understand the existing training system structure of CCB Gong Nong Road Branch and identify the deficiencies.And then,in order to improve the staff training system,we use the relevant theories to identify staff training needs and formulate the corresponding training plan accordingly to perfect the existing system of training teachers,training courses,training regime,assessment management,and other training units.Then,we make effective improvement scheme to ensure the feasibility and expansibility in the process of practice and give the safeguard measures for implementation,which can also be a reference for another similar secondary branch.
