In modern economic activities, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and world markets with the market economy system improved gradually. The core competitiveness of the enterprise has gradually turned into the deep talent competition, so training gradually becomes one of the most important means for enterprises to enhance their sustainable development and talent competitiveness. G Bank has the entrepreneurial vision of constructing itself as an international first-class developmental financial institution, and its S Branch is also one of the chief banks in S Province. In order to guarantee the sustainable development of the S Branch, it is an important goal of human resource management for the S Branch to build a professional talents team with good comprehensive quality and strong energy. The construction of high quality talents team needs a perfect training system. Although the current training system has been running for many years in S Branch, it is gradually unfit for the demand of development of the branch. It is necessary to introduce the advanced and scientific training ideas, and it is an important topic in front of the personnel department to improve and perfect the training system to fit the development of S Branch.Using the methods of literature studies, internal data retrieval and qualitative analysis, this paper designs an improvement project to perfect the training system of S Branch of G Bank. This project is based on the scientific training theory at home and abroad and it combines with actual situations. The main part of this paper includes the following four aspects:The first aspect is the theoretical basis of this paper. Firstly, this paper elaborates the core idea of modern human capital theories, adult learning theories and lifelong education theories. It also explains the characteristics, content and management of a complete training system.The second aspect gives the present situation of the current training system, the existing problems and the analysis of causes. It introduces the overview, organization and general information of human resources of S Branch. The current training system is analyzed and the existing problems are introduced. The reasons of the problems are also analyzed. The main problems of the current training system include the lack of standardization of the training flow, the short of systematization of training contents, the lack of pertinence of the training classes, the dissatisfaction of the training methods, gaps between the teachers level and training goals, weakness of the effectiveness, the lack of enthusiasm of the trained persons, the lack of continuity of the training system. The reasons of the problems mainly include the lack of support of the perfect training system, fails to accurately grasp the training needs, the short of unified management and training of training teachers, the pursuit of short-term benefits, the lack of summary and accumulation and so on.The third aspect gives the training system improvement program. The improvement program includes the following contents. The first one is to perfect the security system of the training system. It needs to build and complete the basic training system, the teacher management system, the evaluation management system, the archive management system and so on. The second content is to redesign the training system scientifically. Starting from the needs analysis, it needs to determine the training courses and build the teaching staff system. It can be achieved by the integration of internal and external training teachers. The third content is to rebuild the scientific check-up and evaluation system. It needs to evaluate the trained persons, the training teachers and training courses through four levels. The last content is to build the network support system. The headquarters of G Bank should improve the training management system and the S Branch should develop network classrooms to share the learning materials.The last aspect is the implementing guarantee. The favoring implementation and smooth running of the improvement program should be guaranteed by the support of organization, mechanism, institution and capital.S Branch of G Bank is a nationalized bank. It has the characteristic of smaller staff and less websites compared with other commercial banks. The proposed improvement opinions, methods and solutions in this paper can be used by other nationalized banks or other branches of G Bank who has the same problems.
