Study On Competitive Power Of Service-Type Management Personnel In Electric Power Enterprises In China

Talent competitiveness is an important factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises.As one of the important basic industries of our country,the competitiveness of electric power enterprises directly affects the strength of national competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the competitive power of Chinese electric power enterprises.At the same time,the development of enterprise personnel is restricted to a certain extent by the traditional management model constraints,due to the special nature of China's power companies.Therefore,this paper will further lock the research object into a direct impact on the power of enterprise competitiveness of the strategy formulation and implementation of the management.Under the prerequisite of scientifically analyzing the connotation and elements of the service-oriented management talents of electric power enterprises,this paper establishes the evaluation model of the competitiveness of service-oriented management talents of electric power enterprises in China.The F company with good representative is selected for empirical analysis.And the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competency of service management talents of electric power enterprises in our country according to the analysis results.
