At present,in the context of international development,power companies are facing great challenges and unprecedented opportunities for development.Electric power enterprises as a capital and technology-intensive industries,the professional and technical requirements of the staffs are much higher.Also,young talent team which is in the rapid development in recent years,becomes an indispensable force of power enterprises.The tasks of training young talents and improving the quality of young talents have become a long-term development strategy for electric power enterprises.At for now,Guohua Electric Power Company has established a set of preliminary youth talent training system,the training of young talent also has some improvement,such as the establishment of some relevant training systems,the design of a series of training courses,the establishment of a youth talent pool and so on.But there are still many deficiencies,like that professional is not strong,results are poor,and feedback work is not in place.So an evaluation system is need to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Guohua Electric Company's youth talent training model,to summarize the status of Guohua Electric Power Company Young talent training mode,and what's more,to found the existing problems,thus to put forward specific suggestions for improvement.Therefore,this paper combines the daily work and the predecessors' literature to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system,uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method combined with the expert's suggestions to score each index,giving a quantitative evaluation and making it easy to analyze Guohua power enterprises young talent training model problems and specific improvements.The evaluation results show that the design and implementation of the young talent training mode of Guohua Electric Power Enterprise are "good",and the process of improving the professional theory level and the process of improving the post skills level perform well,as well as having a larger influence in the final results.And the process of improving the quality of political theory and the process of enhancing the overall quality are only "general",and need further strengthen and improve.Therefore,Guohua Electric Power Company should "catch short board",focusing on improving the factors with the evaluation of"general",while focusing on improving the impact of factors which affect the larger,so that the entire training system tends to be good.
