Research On Financial Management Of The Whole Engineering Process In Ningxia Electric Power Company

Through detailed analysis and evaluate of current situation of financial management in Ningxia electric power company, the paper puts forward the necessity of financial management of the whole engineering process. Based on the principle of index system established, combined with the actual situation of Meili220kV power transmission and transformation project in Ningxia electric power company, the economic benefit evaluation index system is established from profit ability, operation ability, solvency ability and growth ability. Compare different comprehensive evaluation methods, determine the subjective weight by improved AHP method, determine the objective weight by improved entropy weight method, and determine the combined weights by rough set method. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weighting is established to evaluate economic benefit of Ningxia electric power company. Through the analysis of financial management of the whole engineering process and comprehensive evaluation results, the financial management of the whole engineering process optimization control is given which put forward constructive suggestions for Ningxia electric power company.Combining case analysis with theoretical research, the paper researched financial management of whole engineering process in Ningxia electric power company, established evaluation index system and evaluation model, and puts forward the control methods, which has important guiding significance to enhance enterprise competitiveness and maintain enterprise sustainable and healthy development.
