Electricity is the foundation of the national economic development in our country, thequality of power supply and power supply service quality directly affect the power supplyenterprise’s survival, and power supply service quality evaluation is a systematic project,need to the company’s internal coordination of various professional departments. At present,the power supply enterprise has not yet established a long-term service quality evaluationsystem. As a result, the power supply service quality evaluation for power supply enterprisesin our country is very realistic and urgent problem.The paper builded integrated service evaluation system included power supply servicequality’s external overall evaluation system, specific business evaluation system and internalsupport evaluation system.The power supply service quality’s external overall evaluationsystem used customer satisfaction theory to establish a suitable model of customersatisfaction and evaluation index system of customer satisfaction in power supply enterprisesin our country. The evaluation results using the SPSS software to customer satisfactionmodel correlation analysis, validate the rationality of the model. Power supply serviceinternal evaluation from two aspects of power supply enterprise service quality of thefunctional resume and technical building including power supply service contents, servicemode, the inside of the power supply quality evaluation index system, fuzzy trigonometricfunction method is used to determine the power supply service internal indicators weight.Finally through to the power supply enterprises in Hei Longjiang province to carry outthe power supply service quality comprehensive evaluation results proved that the article themaneuverability of the comprehensive evaluation system. Articles focus on analysis,diagnosis and improvement of the quality of service, respectively from two aspects ofexternal evaluation, internal evaluation gives the direction of the power supply servicequality improvement.The paper presents a method to identify problems, and gives the train of thought tosolve the problem, the thesis research direction for power generation enterprises in China toimprove the power supply service quality plays an important role in theory and practice..
