On The Development Strategy Of Shenzhen LS Photonics Co.,Ltd

The development strategy of this paper is based on the research and analysis of the internal and external environment of LS Photoelectron Company.Through combing the related theories,and combining with the LED industry situation of LS Photoelectron Company,we can make the development strategy suitable for LS Photoelectron Company.Structurally,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the research background,the purpose and significance of the study,and the design of research content and methods.The second chapter of the important concepts involved in this study and the related theories,such as strategy,competition strategy,development strategy reviews and literature review,the formation process of enterprise strategic management,strategic strategy implementation and strategic evaluation of the three stages,as well as the PEST theory,degree theory,SWOT matrix analysis and the Potter five forces analysis model tool.The third chapter mainly combs the internal and external environment of LS optoelectronics company,and analyzes the strategy with SWOT theory model.The fourth chapter is one of the main body of this paper is to study LS,develop optoelectronics company strategy,from the analysis of the strategic concept and strategic positioning,including the horizontal integration strategy,vertical integration strategy and strategic alliance in the establishment of strategic measures.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the strategic implementation of LS opto electronics company from the aspects of organization guarantee,talent guarantee,material resource guarantee and cultural guarantee.Finally,this paper puts forward the conclusion and prospect in the sixth chapter.
