Research On The Formulation And Implementation Of SD Company’s Financial Strategy

It’s well known that financial strategy is the most critical part in the process of corporate strategic management. This strategy can effectively achieve the optimal allocation of enterprise resources, improve the management efficiency of enterprise funds, and support the final realization of the enterprise’s overall strategic objectives. But in China, financial strategy management has not yet attracted enough attention, and the development of Chinese enterprises are limited due to the lack of financial strategy management awareness. Today, companies are facing unpredictable environmental changes under the trend of economic globalization. Many complex issues affect growth of companies, such as the intense competition, most of the issues are caused by financial problems. Enterprises seize the opportunity to develop at the same time is bound to increase investment in R&D, should balance the development and the consumption of large quantities of financial resources. This requires enterprises in the financial activities with a strategic vision to coordinate the overall situation and ensure that there are sufficient funds to meet the needs of survival and development of enterprises. Thus, in order to develop healthily and rapidly, it’s necessary to enhance financial strategy management theory research and apply the theory to practice.Based on the fundamental theory of financial strategy and the use of literature research and case study method, this paper mainly analyzed SD company’s financial strategy. It’s divided into six parts. The first parts is an introduction, which illustrated the research background and significance of the topic, elaborated an overview of domestic and foreign financial strategy studies, determined the research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is the basic theory of financial strategy, including the connotation of financial strategy, content and the financial strategy management process, a rough exposition of the basic theory of enterprise life cycle. In the third part division the life cycle of SD company, mainly analyzes the current situation of SD company’s financial strategy and points out the existing problems of its financial strategy. The fourth part is the core part of this paper. This part introduces internal and external environment of the company, the SD company’s financial strategic objectives and principles, in these premise to develop and improve the SD company’s financial strategy. The fifth part explains the implementation of SD company’s financial strategy which needs to be done to prepare the work and how to implement SD company’s financial strategy smoothly. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. Summarize the full content and prospect the application of the conclusions.The innovations of this paper lie in:firstly, research content innovation. The paper focus on specific enterprises, taking the internship unit as the object, using relevant theoretical knowledge, research the SD Company’s financial strategic management present situation and make recommendations to improve its implementation, to enhance the management level of the enterprise. Secondly, research perspective innovation. Currently at home and abroad of SD Company which is lack of military background of listed companies of the financial strategy research, this paper take the SD Company as the research object, studies how to establish the military background of listed company’s financial strategy and to protect the financial strategy’s implementation, which is helpful to provide a reference for similar companies.
