MG(Management Game)is a simulated business management course for the students with subject to Business administration which developed by Carnegie Mellon University.Based upon the computer simulation and web technology,this course built up a simulated cross-country business operation environment.All participants would be grouped several small team which consisted of 5-6 people,each team member would act as a high-level management team member and would run the business together with the whole team and would compete with other similar groups.The author acted as the CEO of an assumed wrist watch company,which in charge of the total strategy formulation,implementation and evaluation,meanwhile,to coordinate another functions,which included the functional strategy formulation,implementation and evaluation.At each operation period the management team needs to summarize the final performance of all strategies and evaluate the strategy implementation and analyze the results.The thesis consists of the following section,introduction of MG course,the theory of strategy management,introduction of simulated wrist watch company named Hexathos,the analysis of operation environment of Hexathos,3-year strategy formulation and implementation,the adjustment of company strategy,the strategy plan for the coming 3 years,and the epilogue.
