With the rapid development of science and technology,upgrade of products is accelarating,so enterprises must adapt to this change to meet the demand of customers.Every enterprise must be confronted with a long-term arduous task of new product development,and the survival and development of enterprises depend on the success of new product development or not.Now,the market competition is intense,therefore,it is very important for enterprises to have an efficient new product development process that can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,on the other hand,new product development is a high-risk and challenging work.With the rising of the importance of new product development,the establishment of a set of science and new product development process is quite important for the development of the company.Process reengineering,stand in the customer's point of view,to re-examine enterprise's internal processes,by setting clear reengineering objectives,efficient new product development work,and through process reengineering to improve competitiveness of enterprises.Process reengineering and including the transformation of the process also includes the concept of change.Process reengineering is the process of planning,design,operation and control of the whole program for systematic management,so as to optimize the internal management of the company.The essence of the process reengineering,and through the company of people,objects,technology such as restructuring to improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness,to achieve the running of the company,harmonious and unified efficiently.Standardization of process reengineering,but also can improve the company's level of operation,in the context of process reengineering,to share information between the corporate sector,continuously create competitive advantages,in a closer combination state between departments,complete in their own way out of the split.Business Process Reengineering is an effective way to promote the competitiveness of enterprises that provides a new way for the enterprise competitivessness.This article will study the new product development process reengineering based on the case of Ke Sheng Inc.Finding out the current problem of new product development process by analyzing the new product development process of KS Inc;This article applys the theory of BPR practically to the research of the new product process in Ke Sheng Inc;The article gets thedescription of new product development process and set up IDEF model.The article applys ASME method to every process and analyze the time spent on every process and find out non-value-added action.The article applys ABC method to Calculate the actual cost of each process.Finally,the article designs the new process.On these basis,the article designs the new process to reduce development time and cost.The article attempts to share some lesson-learns through the study of Ke Sheng new product development process reengineering and promote the competitiveness of enterprises.
