V Company,a leading domestic BPO service vendor,is the most influential and professional call center solution vendor.Since the establishment of the company in 2002,the fast development of V Company results in the expansion of business,the increasement of sites and personnel,which makes the scope and structure of company management more complex.Therefore,V Company needs to standardize the working process,to improve efficiency,to reduce operation cost and to enhance the competitiveness.Since asset management is the core issue of company management,it is urgent to optimize its asset management processes according to the requirement of company's development.The study object of this paper is V Company's asset management process.By ASME tool,this paper analysis V company's current maintenance process and allocation process of the asset management process as well as the existing drawbacks and problems in the operation,including the unreasonable management structure,the unnecessary increase of non-value-added activities,the inefficiency caused by repeated review and inspection in information transmission between departments.Through BPR process reengineering theory,this paper puts forward the design scheme with the ultimate objection of value-added process,upgrades the company's management information system,removes the non-value-added part of the process,reduces the transmission and audit time,and reconstructs the asset management part of the process.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the process,this article reforms the asset management structure and establishes some safeguards.The research of this article has reference significance for the assets management in call center industry.
