As a startup type of biological medicine enterprise,the research employee departure will not only affects recruitment and training,but also affects the whole company.Therefore,how to keep research personnel,now has become an urgently need to solve the problem.In this article,for HY pharmaceutical company as an example,combining with the current human resources management theory knowledge,comprehensive analysis of the present situation and cause of HY pharmaceutical company brain drain,and according to the actual situation of the enterprise,puts forward integrated opinions and suggestions.By the questionnaire survey,from May 2017 to July 2017,for the person who have worked R&D department,the number of the questionnaire is 100,87 has been taken back.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the problem of HY pharmaceutical company mainly focus on:The salary structure system is not perfect,the core attraction is not enough,and the promotion system is imperfect.At the same time,from the enterprise internal factors,external factors,R&D staff personal factors,have found the three fundamental causes concentrated in: too strict for cost control,has affected the structure system;The one-sided emphasis on business and technology,did not have encourage atmosphere;The one-sided emphasis on technology breakthrough innovation R&D personnel,ignore the team atmosphere.And according to HY pharmaceutical company,some corresponding suggestions are put forward: in addition to improve the competitive compensation,should also strengthen enterprise core attraction,refine the system of employee promotion management,promote research personnel work value.At the same time,enterprises should give humanized care to enhance the research personnel's sense of belonging.Therefore,this article through HY pharmaceutical companies to make small micro biological enterprise analyzing the reasons of the loss of R&D personnel.So the HY pharmaceutical companies can truly find the crux of the problem to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
