With the implementing of the reform and opening-up policy in China, and China join the WTO, industries in domestic have been booming in the past years. As a relatively new industry, the shipping logistics also got an enormous development. Now the shipping logistics industry is one of the pillar industries in national economy.While the shipping logistics has been quickly developing, the brain drain phenomenon of the industry has been serious. One reason is that most of companies pay more attention to business development instead of the career development of the employees, which result to the employees more voluntary to leave years after entered. Another reason is that the provision of professional shipping logistics staff is less than request. Basic on these, I think shipping logistics companies must be consider carefully how to prevent the phenomenon of brain drain situation, otherwise, it will affect the health development of company.In order to find out the solution of brain drain, the author learn theories refer to Employee Turnover, talent-motivation and psychological contract. At the same time, take JS shipping Logistics Company as a typical, conduct an intensive and comprehensive investigation and study, through ways as questionnaire survey, interview. After the above ways, combine the theories, analysis the deep reasons behind the situation of brain drain for JS Company. Then, according to the actual situation of JS Company, the author would make some suggestion as solution.
