A performance evaluation system is very important to companies.A perfect,reasonable and objective performance evaluation system can stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and improve their creativity,enhance corporate earnings,improve the efficiency of the company and strengthen its comprehensive competition level.Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.Began to implement performance appraisal work since 2008.But there are many problems.This article takes the performance appraisal mechanism optimization of supervise managers at all levels from Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.as research subject and give specific coping strategies to existing problems.This article first uses the interview method to investigate and analyze all supervisory personnel performance appraisal practice of Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.On the basis of the comprehensive statistics and analysis of relevant research data this paper finds out three prominent problems of the performance evaluation system: fuzzy performance evaluation index,content not specific enough,the results have no practical use.Secondly,based on the thought of KPI and actual situation of Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation,this paper optimize the performance evaluation mechanism of Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.for the following aspect: appraisal index,appraisal content and the using of appraisal results.Finally,this paper puts forward measures to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal system for grain supervisors at all levels,from three aspects: clarifying the responsibilities of management departments,promoting open and transparent performance appraisal information,and establishing effective communication and feedback channels.This paper aims at building a relatively perfect performance evaluation mechanism of the supervisors at all levels in Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.It is committed to obtaining a realistic,scientific and reasonable evaluation system to promote the improvement of performance of Jilin SinoGrain Reserves and Commerce Limited Corporation.
