Multinational enterprise development brings the Chinese local enterprises, in order to occupy a space for one person to change, in a competitive market, enterprises external good human capital for the growing. Understand and use can help the enterprise stand head and shoulders above others in a competitive market, how to retain talent, to promote human resources management has risen to the strategic category. Performance management is the application of sections human resources management of the plate, is a powerful weapon to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, performance management is a hot concept, to lead the development of enterprises with high performance management, companies are paying more and more attention to pursuing to increase the level of performance management.It is because of the performance management has play a decisive role status in the whole human resources management system, to get attention and research of the enterprise. At the same time, there is a close relationship between the performance management module and the other subsystem, to promote and restrain with each other, the reasonable performance of management tools can improve the organization and employee performance, to develop the potential of employees, improve work competency, realize the win-win of enterprises and employees.CJ (Qingdao) GLS Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "CJ logistics")is a Korean owned integrated logistics company, from the personnel agency, the original labor relation management, personnel management, human resource management, to present, through constant revision, guidance and perfecting process. It is because of the performance management, CJ logistics becomes the top five logistics enterprises in the Qingdao Economical and Technology Development Zone from the beginning of only a few million sales income. so the headquarters of the group have challenged the TOP5global company. In this thesis, the performance management system of CJ logistics as the research object, describes the present situation of the performance management of the company’s existing performance appraisal system, to find the deficiency in the performance evaluation indicators, establish oversight process, evaluate the performance evaluation process and evaluation lack of effective communication, performance management system is lack of system constraints and strong, the system completed lack summarized links etc.. These are important factors affecting the effectiveness of CJ logistics performance evaluation.According to the actual situation of enterprises, this paper analyzes the reasons and provide targeted solutions, such as improving the performance appraisal system to ensure performance evaluation; increased communication between evaluator and evaluated, to ensure that from the company to the Department to the personal objectives; combining the implementation of the9-block group evaluation system and performance management system, increase the performance appraisal process after the summary feedback, in order to improve the system, lay a good foundation for performance evaluation in the future.At present, the performance management as a hot concept of enterprise management and demand management methods, there are many scholars and experts in the constantly practice. Through the study of CJ logistics performance management system, i hope to use the real case to experts and colleagues to help each other, to promote the level of performance management, and the human resource management level, promote the industry prosperity.
