With the increasing uncertainty of internal and external environment,the investment of traditional competitive development factors such as technology,land and capital has been difficult to ensure the acquisition of competitive advantage.With the input and output of technology,land and capital,enterprises begin to pay more attention to internal human resources,and gradually realize that human resources are the fundamental driving force for the development of enterprises,which are irreplaceable and imitative.Performance appraisal is the key to human resources.The planning,employment,training,incentive and application of personnel in enterprises need the support of performance appraisal system.Performance appraisal plays an important basic role in the management and development of enterprises.This paper takes TK group as the research object.Through the background,significance,research plan and research path of performance appraisal system optimization,the overall structure of the paper is grasped,and related theoretical basis used in this paper is explained,including the concept,purpose,content and method of performance appraisal.The basic situation and organizational structure of TK group are briefly introduced,and the current staff performance assessment system of TK group,including assessment indicators,assessment subjects,assessment process,assessment feedback and assessment application,is also explained.The problems existing in the current performance assessment system of TK group are obtained through analysis: Performance appraisal indicators lack of system science,general multivariate performance appraisal main body is not enough,the imperfection of the performance appraisal process detailed,and communication performance appraisal feedback needs to be promoted,performance evaluation result application is too narrow,the reason isthat managers support of performance appraisal,inadequate strategic goal orientation,performance appraisal lack of appeal process of performance appraisal,performance goal setting lack full participation;Taking the objective and principle of the optimization of the appraisal system as the entry point,and aiming at the existing problems of the performance appraisal of employees previously analyzed,this paper proposes optimization countermeasures for the performance appraisal system of employees of TK group from the aspects of performance appraisal indicators,performance appraisal subject,performance appraisal process,performance appraisal feedback and performance appraisal application.This paper puts forward some measures to improve the organizational system of performance appraisal,establish two-way communication and feedback mechanism,strengthen the application of performance appraisal,strengthen the management concept of performance appraisal,clarify the goal orientation of performance appraisal,and implement staff professional skills training.
