In recent years, as the number of security personnel within the port continued to increase, people are also increasingly complex components, the overall efficiency of the team work within the security personnel are not high, and therefore, how to more effectively work to enhance the level of internal security team, how to improve efficiency How to develop a scientific and effective mechanism has come to an unavoidable stage.In this paper, the Tianjin Port security personnel within the existing performance appraisal system as the basis, gives way to a performance appraisal for reference.
