Research On Financial Information Shared Service Of Large State Owned Construction Enterprises

As the development of modern economy,the rivalry of the domestic market become increasingly fierce. More and more enterprises transfer their target to the service quality and management costs so that they can improve the efficiency of the enterprises and achieve the maximum profit in their daily running. The basic operations are gradually walk towards to the finance sharing service model from the speeding running by each department. Bearing the basic financial function department,the finance department is forced to transfer its function combining the new task to adopt the fiercely competitive economy. Under this background,the new finance management models are various and the finance information sharing model come into being.Different from the traditional finance management model,the essence of the finance information sharing service model is to change the finance management into professional,standard and big scale finance model through integrating the workers,technology and the working process to achieve a standard, precise financial process. It is also because the so many virtues of the financial function model that many companies,especially the companies which are going on the financial reforming are tend to adopt this modern model. So far, the international enterprises have made full use of the power of the this financial model. The big companies or groups has been gradually drive their own financial department to this kind of model while it is developed according to its own characters. Because of the operation characters of the domestic large-lot producer, these companies are very possible to adopt financial information sharing service model.This thesis targets the large-lot producers. Exploring the financial management as point of penetration,this thesis relate and analysis the financial condition right now and the existing problems, concluding that the constructing of the new financial information sharing is necessary and essential. Then spreading the analysis to the design principles, complete structure and process,the companies have their own special scheme to build the financial information sharing service model. We make the enterprises A as the example to further exploring this model from the model construction, exploring and practical operation. Meanwhile, basing on the analysis, I also conclude the protecting measures to guarantee the sharing. From the specific exploring the enterprises A and its successful applying to the producing, I hope to point out the developing direction on the financial management model for large-lot producers.
