| As the economic globalization is the trend of economic development in the world today,large enterprises have mergers and acquisitions in an endless stream and multinational companies continue to grow fast.At the meantime,with the development of the computer technology as the core of information technology,it brings the society into the era of information economy,bringing a deep influence to the corporations as well.Our country has a rapid economic growth,and many domestic enterprises go abroad to thrive.To maintain a competitive advantage in this wave of change,we should adjust the organizational structure,the corporation culture and management method,etc.as the environment changes.On the one hand,companies are trying to obtain cost advantages;on the other hand,companies are trying to become highly efficient and flexible.Shared services emerge at this time and separate some internal functions of the corporations into a single center--financial shared service center,making the corporations save cost and improve efficiency through the process of specialization.With regard to the financial shared service center,this paper was divided into five parts.First,introduction.This part introduces the research background,significance,literature review,etc.Second,theoretical concepts.This section discusses the theoretical concepts related to shared services and financial shared services.Third,specific build process of financial shared service center.This part designs financial shared service center building program,including feasibility analysis and the specific build process.The specific process contains location choice,organizational design,business process optimization,IT construction and new performance evaluation.Forth,case study.With specific example ZTE,illustrates the application of the third part of the theory.Last,conclusion and outlook.This section summarizes the key steps of building the financial shared service center,and points out its future development trend. |
