Development Strategy Research Of FTE Company

After ten years of rapid development,China has become the world's largest excavator producer and the largest excavator market.Before 2011,in the development of the national economy to revitalize national industry driven,and in equipment policy support,the excavator industry has made rapid development.However,with the need of the national economic transformation,China economic development entering a new normal state,the fundamental change in the pattern of excavator market,excess capacity leads to fierce competition in the industry,excavator enterprise how to survive in the current environment,and how to achieve the development of industry to become a problem in the intense environment.?This study selected the excavator production enterprises--FTE company as an example,through the entity research,application of strategic management theories and research methods,qualitative and quantitative analysis,the development strategy of FTE company is studied.This research mainly uses the PEST model,five forces analysis model for the external macro environment and industry environment of FTE company,combined with the internal strengths and weaknesses of FTE company,using the AHP-SWOT quantitative analysis method to analysis the key external opportunities and threats that FTE company facing,and the key factors of internal strengths and weaknesses,The priority analysis conclusion for strategy selection of FTE company are: S-O strategy,S-T strategy,O-W strategy and W-T strategy,through the analysis of the four kinds of strategies,finally obtains the development strategy for FTE company is a combination of three strategy: overall cost leadership strategy,product development strategy and forward integration strategy.Finally,the paper introduces how to implement the strategy of FTE Company.
