At present,the national infrastructure construction is in the ascendant,the construction industry in Luqiao is developing rapidly,and it is an important driving force for national economic development and economic development.We have the responsibility and obligation to ensure the quality of engineering products,which effectively improve the project human resources management level is an important measure to ensure the quality of the project.At present,the overall management level of state-owned construction enterprises of Luqiao is still relatively extensive,project human resources management are still in the traditional personnel management,coupled with the difficult working environment,mobility,salary is not high,leading to the high rate of loss of project personnel,especially front-line technical personnel,it is in the position of talent loss first.The Luqiao project construction enterprises often face frequent,people post matching degree difference,no experience of the majority of young people in the embarrassing situation.Based on the theory of domestic and foreign engineering project management,human resource management,project human resource management,project human resource management model is studied,and the G company as an example,a comprehensive analysis of G,there are five aspects of project human resource planning problem in engineering project human resource management,and deep analysis of related reasons,and finally put forward the planning and organization,project personnel project human resources training system,project staff occupation development channel,project performance evaluation system of human resources,salary and welfare system has targeted improvement measures,the project of G company human resource management to adapt to the new situation,stimulate the project staff the enthusiasm of the maximum effective project to retain talent in key positions,the full realization of the owners issued the quality and safety of production Target and the target of internal management responsibility of enterprises.
