Some Construction Project Management Practice In Guang Dong

The building industry, which is a pillar industry in national economy, has played a great role in national economy with the booming and growth of national economy over the past years. A great number of building construction enterprises has made their essential contributions in the sustainable growth of the building industry. Because of the low level of management, some building construction enterprises are subjected to a relatively greater market and external impact and the challenges to their survival and development. Without reformation of the management system and taking the efficient management approaches as early as possible, the enterprises would not enter the normal development orbit so that they could be eliminated from the market.Recently, especially after China's entering into WTO, to keep pace with international construction procedures, there has been promotion of project management in construction works in Canton. However, it is still week either in theory studies or in practices. It is necessary and meaningful to make analysis of existing problems and provide options for solution to enhance competition and level of construction management works and to make improvement of construction management.This article use such theory as economic and psychology as well as management , specially the system thought, the control thought, the goal management thought, adopting method of the unifies of theory and real diagnosis research , the unifies of visit investigation and material analysis as well as the literature research . Through research all kind of problem and the solution which appears in the projects management process, the article find out all kind of management pattern which suited in the projects management, to construct the building construction enterprises human resources management, the progress management, the quality control and so on.
