Human Resource Management Research For Thermal Power Construction Project

In this paper, after described project, project management, project human resource management and other related basic theoretical knowledge, the characteristics of thermal power construction projects were summed up. Special attention was put on optimization of human resources of thermal power construction projects.First of all, personal idea on thermal power construction project was put, and the principle of the optimal allocation of human resources in the construction of thermal power projects was summed up. The importance of optimal allocation of human resources was also analyzed.Secondly, the allocation of human resources situation in thermal power construction project of A firm was analyzed and some problems were found. For example the knowledge of human resources which was mastered by managers is out of date; the allocation of human resources is unreasonable; workers recruit or transfer can not meet demand and so on.Finally, reference to the problems above, the following improvements were point out. Firstly, strong incentives should be established to encourage managers to learn the theoretical knowledge of management systemic and continuously. Secondly, the assessment system of human capacity should be improved. To further rationalization of the performance management system, capability and quality of personnel evaluation model was built. Thirdly, personal suggest about performance management systems was gave. Finally, some recommendations on how to build project culture were put.
